If a teacher is not seeing certain functions on his/her portal menu, the portal administrator has not yet authorized the teacher to have the function. To do so, click on "Allow Teacher Options". Find the teacher's name on the list, and check the box for each desired feature (allow batch email, allow report cards, allow progress reports, allow parent view)
