To add a new faculty, go to the main database and from the main menu, click Faculty/Staff and then “Add New Faculty/Staff.”  You need to enter First Name, Last Name, a work email address (bottom right side of screen) and check the “Teacher” checkbox at the top right of screen.

If your faculty needs a portal account:

Add New Faculty Mid Year:

Go to Website=>users and at the top left of the screen, filter on “All Faculty”. Click the “+Add New users” button at the top right toolbar. Check the Teacher’s name to send her portal credentials!!
