An Alumni is simply a student whose status is "graduated," From Admissions/Registrar, add him/her into the system like any other student, but give them a status of "Graduated." Once a student has a status of Graduated, there will also be an extra tab (titled "Alumni") that will appear. If you want to add their "adult" contact information such as mailing address, cell phone, employer, spouse, etc. go to this tab and click "Create Alumni" button.
